Most orders don’t require signatures.
Can I have deliveries to different addresses?
Yes, you can add shipping addresses to your account to select at checkout.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Our services are currently only available in the United Kingdom.
How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the option chosen at checkout and cut-off times.

We offer

  • Free delivery using the Royal Mail tracked 48-delivery can take 3-4 days.
  • Other Royal Mail delivery options can arrive by 9 a.m. the next day.
  • Weekends and bank holidays need to be taken into account

Occasionally, delivery times are affected by your order requiring approval by a prescriber, and you may need to factor in extra time to allow for a clinical decision to be made.

Items are missing from an order.
Please contact customer services as soon as you notice any issues with an order, and they will be happy to assist you.
I’d like to cancel my order.
We aim to process your order as soon as it’s placed, and we may be unable to stop it in time. Please get in touch with customer services, who will be happy to assist you.
I’d like to change my order.
We cannot change your order once it has been placed; however, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Just contact our customer services, who will send you a returns label.

Payment

Why has my card declined?
Cards are declined for many reasons:
  1. The details were entered wrong, so please check carefully and try again.
  2. It’s possible the account lacks the necessary funds. If so, you’ll need to check your bank account and contact your bank if you believe the funds should be there.
  3. Occasionally, cards registered under someone else's name are used. For your order to go through, the name on the card must match the account name.
Contact us or your bank if you’ve eliminated all these possibilities and still can’t place an order.
Do you accept payment over the phone?
We do not accept phone payments; all orders must be placed online.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept most major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

How do I make a complaint?
You can make a complaint by emailing us at [email protected]. Please provide as much information as possible in your email so we can resolve it as quickly as possible for you.

Herbs

What side effects can herbs have?
The most common side effects are loose stools, in which case reduce the dose by half for three days to allow familiarisation. Few people experience serious side effects from herbs; anyone experiencing severe tiredness, loss of appetite, diarrhoea, headaches, pain under the ribs or jaundice should stop taking herbs and contact the prescriber.
When should I take the herbs?
Herbs should not be taken within 30 minutes of tea, coffee or alcohol. They are best taken about 30 min before or after food and not after 8 p.m. This isn’t always achievable, and in general, it’s better to take the herbs when you can rather than being too concerned about timing.
How do I take the herbs?
FCG herbs are best taken in water that’s just been boiled. Put the herbs in a mug, add about half a cup of the “off the boil” water and stir thoroughly until they dissolve. This also allows the herbs to “cook” and interact with each other. Allow the tea to go tepid and swallow. Herbs that go cold taste stronger. Some honey (or a mint) afterwards often helps with the taste.
What are Full Complement Granule (FCG) herbs?
FCG herbs are considered the “gold standard” used in thousands of hospitals. They’re sourced from high-quality herbs and are free of the additives and fillers usually found in powders, pills and capsules. Each sachet is filled with measured herb doses in an automated procedure to ensure accuracy.
Are the herbs safe?
All the herbs are sourced from Approved Suppliers’ schemes. They are audited annually to meet high standards, including tracing batches of herbs (usually to the field they were grown in) and CITES compliance. This ensures the herbs are safe for medicinal use and of the highest possible quality.

How are Rewards claimed?
Reward points are redeemed from the ‘Rewards’ section in the Dashboard by copying and pasting the voucher code at the checkout.
How quickly do Rewards become available?
Rewards are usually available after 30 days from purchases.
When do Rewards expire?
Your Rewards will expire 12 months after you last used your account.
How do I earn rewards?
You can earn rewards by taking the following actions:
  • 5 points per £1 spent when you make a purchase
  • 100 points when you open an account
  • 500 points for referring a client or colleague
